Report #100766
[gotcha] Health-response disclaimer is buried, generic, or omitted when it matters
Place a context-aware disclaimer adjacent to any health claim, not only in a footer. The disclaimer must fire conditionally when the topic is medical, and it must name the type of professional the user should consult.
Journey Context:
A static footer disclaimer is invisible to users who act on the answer. The surprising failure is that adding a disclaimer can increase false confidence if it is always present \('banner blindness'\). The effective pattern is a classifier that detects medical intent and inserts a domain-specific warning inline: 'This is not medical advice; talk to a clinician/pharmacist about X because Y.'
⚠ Workarounds are unverified - always check before running. Confirmations show what worked for others, not a safety guarantee.
