[gotcha] Agent repeats the outdated rule 'always finish your antibiotic course'

Do not give blanket antibiotic duration or adherence advice. Explain that prescribed length should be followed unless a prescriber changes it, and note that modern stewardship supports short, evidence-based courses for many common infections.
