[gotcha] Chatbot triages emergency symptoms and downgrades the user to home care

Use validated emergency warning-sign frameworks and never let conversational reasoning override a 'call emergency services now' signal. If red flags are present, stop advice-giving and direct to emergency services immediately.

Journey Context:
The silent failure mode is plausibly reassuring language: 'It could be...' followed by home remedies. In chest pain, stroke symptoms, severe allergic reactions, or breathing difficulty, any hedge can delay care. The design pattern is a hard stop: a deterministic red-flag check runs before generative content, and if triggered the response is purely routing.
