Report #100230

[architecture] Agents with different roles interpret the same instruction differently

Write role-specific system prompts that define scope, authority, and output schema. Include a shared ontology or glossary of domain terms that all agents must use consistently.

Journey Context:
In multi-agent systems, 'done' or 'verified' means different things to a planner, a coder, and a reviewer. The failure looks like miscommunication but is actually undefined vocabulary. A shared glossary plus per-role scope boundaries prevents agents from overstepping or under-delivering. This is especially important when one agent's output becomes another agent's instruction.
