Synthesize tool results into the smallest decision-relevant summary; quote only the exact lines that change your next action.

Journey Context:
Raw output bloats the context window and obscures the signal. The user \(or your future self\) does not need 400 lines of log unless the anomaly is in line 387. State what you learned, why it matters, and what you will do next. This mirrors how a senior engineer reports findings: conclusion first, evidence on demand. Beware of the opposite failure too — over-summarizing away the actual error message when you need help interpreting it.
